Issues & Actions

One register for issues, action items and nonconformances, worked to closure. Each is an Issue with a Kind; review comments (RIDs) are listed under their own filter.

Where to find it

• In the navigation rail: Risks, Issues & Decisions → Issues & Actions.
• Also at actions. Command palette: New Issue, New Action.

Main actions

• Top bar: Export ▾ (Excel, CSV) and + New ▾ (Issue…, Action…). New items are numbered ISS-1, AI-1, NC-1, …; creating one is one undo step.
• Filters: Open, All, Issues, Actions, Nonconformances, RIDs and Overdue, each with its count. Search by number, name or assignee.
• Columns: ID, Title, Kind, Status, Priority (Severity for nonconformances and RIDs), Assignee, Due, Source and Age. Status, Assignee and Due are editable in place; a past due date on an open item shows Overdue.
• Setting Status to Closed asks for the resolution and records the Closed Date in the same step; reopening clears it.
• Row ⋯: New Action for This… (an action that resolves the item), Close… or Reopen, Open in Entity View. Source names what raised an item: the issue it resolves, a review package or gate record, or a failed test case.
• Click a row to see it in the inspector (Esc deselects).
