Every Risk in one sortable table, rated on the project risk scale.

Where to find it

Top bar: Edit Risk Matrix…, Export ▾ (Excel, CSV) and + New Risk.
Columns: ID, Risk, Status, Owner, Handling, probability, consequence and Level, residual probability, consequence and level, Need-by date, Mitigations (mitigated by) and Trigger. Burn-down beside a name opens that risk's burn-down chart.
Sort by any column; filter by level chips, status, handling or text. Status, Owner and Handling are editable in place.
Click a row to see the risk in the inspector (Esc deselects).

Each level shows its matrix cell, for example High (4×4); point at it for the percentages behind the cell.
Columns that are empty for every risk are hidden on screen; exports always include every column plus Exposure, Closure Rationale and Labels.
