Prices in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Included AI tokens reset each month and do not carry over; add your own AI key for more. The trial includes 250,000 tokens. See the Refund Policy and the Terms of Use.
Questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged. If you do not subscribe, your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects stay; AI features then need your own key.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in the billing portal. Your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan.
Do you give refunds?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription for a full refund. Paddle refunds it to the original payment method. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Is Holarch free for students?
Yes. Students and instructors use the Free / Academic plan for coursework and teaching. See For Classes.
What is a token?
AI models read and write text in small pieces called tokens; a token is about three quarters of a word. Each AI request counts the tokens Holarch sends (your instruction plus the relevant part of your model) and the tokens the AI writes back. A typical request uses 5,000 to 40,000 tokens, so 1 million tokens covers roughly 50 to 100 everyday AI actions such as Ask AI, a quality review or drafting requirements. Your usage this month appears under Account → AI keys. Requests made with your own key don't count; your provider bills you for them.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
It is kept. Content above the limits of the Free plan becomes read-only until you are within the limits again. Nothing is deleted.
Can I store export-controlled or classified data?
No. The hosted service is not for CUI, ITAR/EAR or classified information. For regulated work, ask about Enterprise (self-hosted).
