Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: October 8, 2026
1. Summary
- Cancel at any time. Your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription and you get a full refund.
- The 14-day free trial is free. Nothing is charged during the trial.
2. Who processes payments and refunds
Paid plans are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle charges your payment method and issues refunds to the same payment method, under the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. How long a refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
3. Cancelling
Cancel in the billing portal (Account Settings → Billing). The subscription stops renewing, and you keep the paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects are kept; content above the Free plan’s limits becomes read-only and is not deleted.
4. Full refund within 14 days of the first payment
If you ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, we refund that payment in full. This applies to monthly and yearly billing, and to each seat bought with a new Team subscription.
5. Renewals and later payments
Renewal payments and other payments made more than 14 days after the first payment are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
6. Free trial
A paid plan can start with a 14-day free trial without a payment card. Nothing is charged during or after the trial unless you subscribe. If you do not subscribe, the account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.
7. How to request a refund
- Use the billing portal (Account Settings → Billing), or reply to the receipt email from Paddle, or
- send us a message through the contact form with the topic “Support”, the email address of the account and the date of the payment.
We confirm the refund with Paddle, usually within a few business days.
