Gate Records

The record of a gate review: when it was held, who attended, the outcome, the entry criteria at the review and the actions it raised. The tab shows with the Formal program on.

Where to find it

• In the navigation rail: Control & Reviews → Reviews.
• Address: compilations?tab=gates. On the SE Process page a gate card offers Add Gate Record, or links to its record.

Main actions

• + New Gate Record: the SE Process gate (or another review), name, date, chair, attendees, review package and milestone.
• Each card shows the outcome, date, package, actions closed and the RIDs by disposition.
• The detail panel sets the Outcome (Passed, Passed with Actions, Delta Review, Failed), attendees and notes, keeps a snapshot of the entry criteria, lists the actions with + New Action, and exports Minutes (Word).
• Close Review is available once every action is closed; a review that Passed with Actions then reads Passed. Reopen Review undoes it.
