Activity

Every recorded edit in the project, newest first: who changed which item, when, and what changed. Each entry is one action, the same step that Undo reverses.

Where to find it

• In the navigation rail: .
• Plan & Deliver → Activity, or All project activity at the end of an item's History… (it opens the page filtered to that item).

Main actions

• Entries: date and time, person, and a summary such as "Changed R.1 Image Resolution · Description". Click an entry to see each change: item, change, field, before and after. Click an item to open it.
• Filters: From and To dates, person, class, kind of change (Created, Changed, Moved, Deleted, Restored, Relationship changes) and a search of item names, fields and values. They combine.
• Show more adds the next 100 entries.
• Export ▾: Activity (CSV) or Activity (Excel), one row per change of the entries that match the filters.
• Restore a Previous Version… (top bar) brings back an earlier automatic save of the whole project.

Tips

• Edits to items and relationships are recorded. Diagram layout and document formatting are not; compare baselines for those.
• The project keeps its most recent 3,000 to 4,000 recorded changes. The page says from which date it has them.
• Activity lists edits; it does not count or rank people.
