Review as a Free Reviewer
Comment, approve and reject without changing the work
Instructors and others who sign off on work can be reviewers, free on every plan: they read the project, comment with mentions, and approve or reject requirements, with the name and date recorded, but cannot change the students' work. The student sees the comment under the bell, with a link to the requirement.
