TBD/TBR Register
The open items in requirements: values still to be determined (TBD) or reviewed (TBR).
Where to find it
- In the navigation rail: Needs & Requirements → TBD/TBR.
- From a document: More ▾ → TBD/TBR Register. Address option:
tbd?doc=<id>.
Main actions
- A requirement is listed when its TBD/TBR attribute is TBD or TBR, or its text contains TBD, TBR or TBS.
- Tiles: open, overdue and unowned counts, and the count per document. Open items over time is a burn-down built from the requirements' history.
- Columns: number, name, document, type (attribute or text), owner, due date (overdue rows are tinted) and age. Click a row to see it in the inspector.
- Close sets TBD/TBR to None; a TBD in the text closes when you edit the text. Export XLSX (top bar) downloads the register.
