AI Usage and Limits
How much AI each key has used this month, and the limits that protect your provider account.
Where to find it
- Account Settings → AI keys (your keys) and AI Settings. Organization administrators see usage by member under Organizations on the same page.
Main actions
- Usage this month: requests and tokens per key, with the monthly limit when one is set.
- Monthly limit: the owner of a key (you, or an organization administrator) can set a monthly token limit. When it is reached, AI requests with that key stop until the next month. Raise the limit or add your own key.
- Rate limit: a limit on AI requests per minute and at a time per person. Over that, Holarch says how many seconds to wait.
- Provider errors: an invalid or revoked key, a key without credit, or a provider outage. The message names the problem and the fix; Test next to the key checks it again.
Tips
- The provider bills tokens separately; check its console for costs.
